Perfect Pear Junk Removal (JunkOHaulics LLC) texts customers about their junk removal quote and job. This page explains the three ways you can agree to our texts, what we send, and how to stop. Our texts come from our business number, (586) 327-8467.
Three ways to opt in
1. The box on our quote forms and website chat
Our website quote form, our quote page for Facebook and Instagram ads and the contact card in our website chat have an optional box that starts unticked. You can request a quote without ticking it. The box reads:
Yes, text me about my quote. I agree that Perfect Pear Junk Removal and its automated assistant may text this number, using automated technology, about my quote: a request for photos and my city, up to 3 reminders over 3 days, Alex's price and scheduling, and one review request after the job. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Texting us
Our "Text us photos" button opens a text to our business number. This wording appears under the button:
By texting us, you agree to texts about your quote from Perfect Pear Junk Removal and its automated assistant, including up to 3 reminders and one review request after the job. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
If you text our business number first in any other way, we reply about your quote and send reminders, but no review request.
3. A phone call with our AI assistant
When our AI assistant answers your call, it reads your number back and asks before we text you:
Can Perfect Pear Junk Removal text you at that number about your quote? That includes a few automated follow-ups over the next three days and a review request after the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out. It's optional. Okay to text you?
We text you only if you say yes.
What we send
Texts about your quote and job only: a request for photos and your city, up to 3 reminders over 3 days, Alex's price and scheduling, answers to your questions and one review request after the job when your permission covered it. Some texts come from our automated assistant, which uses AI and never gives prices; Alex sets every price himself. We do not send ads or promotions by text.
How often
Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply, and your carrier sets those rates.
Help and stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. Reply START to begin again. You can also tell us in your own words, by phone or by email, and we will stop. Reply HELP for help, or call (586) 327-8467. Our HELP reply reads:
