These terms cover the use of this website and the junk removal services provided by JunkOHaulics LLC, operating as Perfect Pear Junk Removal. By requesting an estimate or booking a job, you agree to them.

Estimates and pricing

The price we send you from your photos is firm for everything shown in those photos. If there are extra items that were not in the photos, we will price them on site before we load anything, and you can decide whether to add them. A price given over the phone without photos is confirmed on site before we load. We do not charge for an estimate. Alex sets every price himself; our automated assistant never quotes prices.

Scheduling and access

We will agree a date and an arrival window with you. Someone eighteen or older needs to be reachable during that window, either on site or by phone. If we arrive and cannot access the items, we may need to reschedule.

Things we cannot take

We cannot remove hazardous material. That includes paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, oil, asbestos, medical waste, and anything flammable or explosive. If we find hazardous material in a load, we will leave it and let you know. If you are not sure about an item, send us a photo and we will tell you before the day.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is finished, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Your property

We take care in your home and on your property. Tell us in advance about anything fragile, anything that needs protecting, and anything that is not going. Once an item is loaded and removed, we cannot get it back, so check the pile before we start.

Photos you send us

Photos you send for an estimate are used to price and plan your job. We handle them the way our privacy policy describes.

Text messages

We text about your quote and your job: a request for photos and your city, up to 3 reminders over 3 days, Alex's price and scheduling, answers to your questions and one review request after the job. Some of these texts come from our automated assistant, which uses AI. We do not send ads or promotions by text.

You opt in by ticking the optional box on our quote form or in our website chat, by texting us first (including with our "Text us photos" button), or by saying yes when our AI assistant asks on a call. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and your carrier sets those rates.

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (586) 327-8467. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

Phone calls

When Alex can't pick up, our AI assistant may answer, take your details and pass them to him. Those calls are recorded, and the assistant says so at the start. If you would rather talk to a person, say so and Alex will call you back. Calls Alex answers himself are not recorded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
